Friday @ Southland

It’s another Fridayyyyy! People here love Friday. they drink at Friday night, shopping malls close late on Friday and mid night busses in the city are provided on Friday. According to Mimi’s philosophy, Friday is not meant for study but having fun i.e. shopping, eating big meal and drinking.

So, yea.. we went to Southland shopping center as suggested by her.. which is very farrrrrrrrrrrrr away from our area. the mission for this trip was to get ourselves some autumn/winter clothes because the weather these days have been crazy especially the crazy wind! We kept hunting for windbreaker and jackets.. having tried on countless clothes until sausau was totally worn out and crying for food. But at last, we have all spotted our favourite piece of cloth in Esprit. Yea we all ki siao d but what to doooo, the coats there are designed the best already.. Sau got herself a black coat, mimi a metallic brown coat, ant a black jacket and me a white jacket and ka-ching! There goes over 300 AUD and we are all happy because we bought them with 30% off muahaha.. mission accomplished! the parents are gonna be amazed by my ability to spend so shopping ban for me from now on!!! *eyes closed not wanting to see MIMI the shopaholic*

When we were about the leave the mall, Mimi sed wanna get some milk from Coles which closes at 12am. So we end up not only buying milk, but also frozen pizza and gloves. After that, we all were waiting for bus in the bus station until the bus station was deserted. we started to feel weird. Then joanne found out that the last bus was at 9.25pm! and it was 10 pm at the moment! we missed the last bus!!! No more bus services after 9.30pm… this is aussie, wth?! But thanks to friendly aussie ppl here who always willing to offer help and in the end we could find the nearest train station from the mall.. so we took the train from Cheltenham and headed back to Clayton by just buying 2 tickets for 4 ppl.. we do the illegal stuff here.. as always.. ngek negk. After the long journey, we finally arrived Clayton but there are no buses coming also. I hate aus for their operating hour, raaaaarhh! shopping > 5 hours + finding way back home = fatigue!!! but, it was a Friday filled with excitement afterall, hee!

Okay, it’s 4 in the morning, im going sleep. Moomba fest tomorrow in the city! am looking forward for it =)
